§ 1 Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all memberships with BusinessFriends International GmbH, Burgerrietstr. 18, 8730 Uznach.

§ 2 Membership

(1) Any natural or legal person residing or domiciled in Switzerland may become a member.

(2) Only regular memberships exist.

(3) Membership begins upon written confirmation of the membership application by BusinessFriends International GmbH.​

 

§ 3 Membership fees and payment terms

(1) The amount of the membership fees and payment terms are set out in the current price list on the application form.

(2) Payments are made by bank transfer.

(3) The fees are payable at the intervals specified in the application form.

§ 4 Termination of membership

(1) Membership may be terminated in writing by either party with three months' notice to the end of the minimum contract term.

(2) Shares are held exclusively by organisers; regular members do not acquire any shares.

§ 5 Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the separate data protection declaration.

§ 6 Confidentiality

Members undertake to maintain confidentiality in accordance with the separate confidentiality agreement.

§ 7 Final provisions

(1) Members shall be notified in writing of any changes to these General Terms and Conditions.

(2) Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
